Urbispot is a web app designed for smartphones, tablets and desktops. We don’t have a mobile app yet. However, you can add the web app to your phone home screen and use it like a mobile app.

You just have to click on List Your Parking Spot, sign up with Facebook, Google + or by creating an account with your email address. Once logged in, you will be able to complete the List Your Parking Spot form within seconds.

You can list more than 1 spot at the same address in one submission. This listing can be updated at any time through your dashboard> List Your Spot>my spot>Edit. To list a spot at a different address, go to your dashboard>List Your Spot> List a New Spot.

Urbispot doesn’t offer hourly sharing for now. We will let you know when this feature will be offered. You can always contact us through our website or by email at info@urbispot.ca to discuss your options.

Enter any additional key features that would make your listing more appealing. Comment could include information such as: light level, access detail, deposit amount if a badge is required to access the parking, wheelchair accessibility, elevators etc. Those details will help the member choose the right parking spot and easily locate it.

Pictures are not mandatory, but they’re highly recommended. It helps increase your chance to share your spot and easily locate the parking spot. Only the parking spot picture will be displayed in the More Details section. The entrance picture is provided only once the transaction is completed.

No delay, you can expect your first booking once your spot is online.

Urbispot will take 15% fees per transaction to the asking price as follow:

• Asking price: $10
• You will receive: $8.5
• Urbispot fees: $1.5

This model allows Urbispot to cover all the fees related to the services (customer service, secured payments, advertising etc.) offered and make sure the parking owner adjusts the asking price accordingly.
